DNSBOX takes Concord to new heights
The Town of Concord had moved most of its broadband infrastructure to the cloud but found that when issues arose with its virtual DHCP server, its users would experience connectivity issues.
Concord Broadband needed a reliable, easy-to-use DHCP server – they purchased two DNSBOX220s to take the town's DHCP service off the cloud and ensure service uptime. With DNSBOX, Concord could easily migrate data from the cloud and seamlessly integrate it into their current systems. With a reliable, standalone DHCP server, Concord no longer worries about frustrated broadband customers or troubleshooting access problems.
Not only did it take the stress out of DHCP for the town's CIO by storing lease data for up to seven years but it also came packed full of practical features for the Network Manager, such as a user-friendly, easy-to-navigate GUI and DHCP configuration wizards.
